Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad (India)

The design envisions a school campus with an array of green terraces, public spaces and play areas. The orientation of the site is key in the planning of the building complex with a thick green belt to cool the dominant breeze entering the campus. The building follows a linear format, bordering the eastern boundary of the plot. This effectively shades the play areas, giving equitable conditions for sport activities throughout the day.
